Soft Neutral Shades Media Cabinet

Cece Caldwell beech nut gray & duck blue end tables


It has been awhile since I used Cece Caldwell's paint but knew it would be perfect for this solid pine end table set I had just sanded down.


one top sanded, one to go


I chose duck blue for the base and their new stain & finish in beech nut gray for the top.



the base had 2 coats applied then time for the stained top


one coat was all it took as shown above on the right


I did want to give it a bit more of a white washed look so brushed Cece Caldwell's paint in Philadelphia parchment over the dry stain (again above on the right) and to seal it all up I applied white wax again giving the tables a real beachy white washed look.

    I simply adore those two finishes paired together Lee Ann, so coastal and beautiful. Did not know CeCe came put with a new stain product, will have to give it a try loving that grey stain! Thanks for sharing your project at Fridays Furniture Fix!
