When you applied the ash tinted glaze did you brush on then wipe off or did you dry brush it?

Fusion Mineral recommend not to use the Tough Coat on mid tones and darker colours because it can leave milky streaks - did you have any issues with this? Also did you use the Clear glaze with the Ash (rather than the Antique)/

Deleteyes I used the clear glaze with the ash and the tough coat worked perfectly seeing it was metallic I think
It says not to use clear coat on the darker colours but you said you did. Did it work ok.

DeleteCould I just use a light grey fusion paint for the base coat and then top it with the brushed steel metallic paint?
ReplyDeleteSure you could :) It just might be a touch lighter but lots of color combos can make a similar look.
