DeleteIf you want it to have the wood look still,I think that going to any hardware store,you can ask for veneer.This is one of those old veneer type pieces.I think my mom had said they were 1940's to late 1950's.
ReplyDeletethank you yes I did know about the new veneer sheets but went this route to see, this sweet thing actually is written inside, purchased June 25, 1948 in Regina Saskatchewan!
