Soft Neutral Shades Media Cabinet

Fresh Start for a Veneer Classic This manufactured media cabinet—with its once orange-tinged wood veneer—has been completely refreshed in a soft, neutral taupe called   French Villa . Inside the glass-front doors, the adjustable shelf pops in   Truffle , a beautifully rich and earthy shade from a newly released palette. The warm, complementary colors work together to give this piece a stylish, modern update and a brand new lease on life.

Country Chic simplicity accent table

A good customer brought me a table they purchased already painted grey but not in their color choice. They wanted it white to match the handcrafted desk they had me recently relove.

A few fresh coats of Country Chic Paint in crisp white called simplicity gave it the bright color they envisioned it to be.

The edges and flat surfaces were sanded to distress and reveal the underneath grey then black wax was added to the crevices for additional dimension and detailing. Seeing the top would get some surface use I put a coat of Country Chic Paint clear wax on it and the shelf surface.

  1. The table looks like it's really old. When I was a little girl, people would have tables like this in their homes for the telephone (wired to the wall). The phone would sit on top of the table, and the telephone book would sit on the shelf underneath. The white country chic paint really brightened this table up. It looks fresh and new, now.
