Antique Fold Down Sides Accent Table Restore

This stunning antique drop leaf table is both functional and full of charm, the fold-down edges that make it ideal for smaller spaces while providing extra surface area when needed. Measuring 30”W x 22”D x 24”H, it’s the perfect versatile piece. The top has been beautifully refinished in a rich walnut stain, complemented by a warm white milk-painted base. this vintage tiered jewelry box was given a fun makeover.

I had to keep it. Using Country Chic paint in cheesecake; a warm white, I hand painted all around the art and the entire jewelry box. I recently used this pretty color on this dining table base and sofa table.

Two coats of paint went on in total. I wet distressed the edges to reveal the dark original stain and keep it looking vintage. To seal the paint, clear wax was brushed and rubbed in for a smooth finish.
