Classic Black Antique China Cabinet

Does anyone have china dishes anymore? Is it still a thing? Years ago, when I got married, it was all about picking your china pattern and creating a gift registry for the pieces you needed. My pattern was called Chelsea by Royal Doulton, and it was a soft muted floral.

Pink Milk Painted Trinket Chest

Have you seen the little wooden trinket boxes at the craft shops? They are perfect to use the bits of milk paint you have leftover. I used this pretty  Palm Springs pink from Fusion Milk Paint on a carved wooden box and had a small amount left ...

so grabbed this little wooden chest cutie.

Fusion's new milk paint line has so many great colors and so easy to mix. Just add water to the powder 1:1.

Here are other Fusion Milk Paint colors and projects I have done.

Brush on to your project, I did 2 coats. To seal I used clear Fusion Furniture Wax.

To add a bit more using a white oil sharpie pen hearts were drawn freehand on the ends and in the carved out lines.

The little boxes are cute for decoration or a little girls trinkets.

Or used to give jewelry in as a reusable gift box.
