Refinished Solid Oak Queen Headboard – Classic Black with Rattan & Elegant Details

This stunning queen-size headboard is a true statement piece, crafted from solid oak and beautifully refinished in a rich, classic black. It features gracefully curving finials, intricate oval cartouche accents, and a striking inset rattan panel that adds texture and timeless appeal. Finished with a smooth satin clear coat for durability and a subtle sheen, this headboard blends traditional charm with modern sophistication.

Azure Blue Pepper Grinder

Wooden pepper grinders are a fun way to inject color and personality into your kitchen. And fresh ground pepper makes everything taste better, right?

This adorable 6" solid wood pepper grinder made by Baribocraft was the perfect grinder to become bold turquoise.

Azure from Fusion Mineral Paint is the perfect color.

I use all my paint to the last drop. And after doing these 2 projects there was still some left.

Working on both the pepper mill and this fun spice rack, both were given two coats of azure.

When dry, dark antiquing wax was added in the curved and carved areas to add dimension and an aged look.

It would be perfect to have both the spice rack and pepper mill in the same kitchen.
