Vintage Art Deco China Cabinet Restore

This Art Deco waterfall china cabinet, circa 1940, had seen better days. Tucked away in a shop and used as a storage shelf, it was in rough shape. A family member, inspired by a photo featuring rich navy tones and warm wood, wanted to see it brought back to life. With that vision in mind, I gave the piece the repairs and makeover it deserved — blending classic navy with warm wood to honor both its history and a fresh new style.

Farmhouse White Kitchen Collection

This collection of kitchen goodies was compiled with plans of doing all in a lovely farmhouse white.

They will all coordinate so can be bought together or individually and fit into most kitchen decor schemes when done in a pretty neutral.

I went with Fusion Mineral Paint in Champlain; a soft warm white. All but 1 piece was painted two coats, most were lightly distressed for a further farmhouse feel with Fusion's ageing wax added for even more dimension and vintage look.

this coffee mug tree is first up

followed by 2 solid wood paper towel holders. One was left more modern with no ageing wax or distressing.

There is loads of slots in this solid oak knife block

And this expandable accordion style wall rack can hand either direction and would be fabulous to hang vintage tea towels on, mugs, the entry for hats / scarves or even in the bedroom for jewelry. So versatile!

Here is a combo of them all :)
